Katy ISD Board of Trustees Welcomes New Member,  Elects New Officers

KATY, TX [May 12, 2025] – At tonight’s May Board Meeting, Katy ISD’s newly-elected board member James Cross took the oath of office and was officially sworn in as a member of the Board of Trustees for Position 1. Trustee Lance Redmon was re-elected and was officially sworn in as a member of the Board of Trustees for Position 2. Following custom, after the board election, trustees elected their new officers with Lance Redmon elected as president, Rebecca Fox as vice president and Dawn Champagne as secretary.
